Prime Haul Inc. (“Prime Haul,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides logistics services and the PrimeIQ Driver mobile application (the “PrimeIQ Driver App”), also referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “PrimeIQ App” or the “App”. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from users of our website and authorized employees, contractors, and tenant-authorized users using the App.

This Policy applies to:

  • Visitors to our website; and

  • Authorized users of the PrimeIQ Driver App.

If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the website or the App.

1. Information We Collect

A) Website information

  • Contact Information: name, email address, and any information you submit through our contact forms.

B) PrimeIQ Driver App information (authorized users only)

  • Account Data: name, email address, phone number (if provided), company/tenant code, role/permissions, and authentication-related information.

  • DVIR / Inspection Data: inspection forms and related operational information submitted in the App (e.g., pre/post trip, weekly, monthly inspections).

  • Photos & Scans: photos and scanned images captured or selected for DVIR and document submissions.

  • Documents: files you upload (such as CDL, medical card, and other compliance or operational documents).

  • Communications: messages and announcements exchanged within the App (if enabled).

  • Device & Diagnostic Data: device type, operating system version, app version, and crash/diagnostic information to improve stability, security, and performance.

2. Location Data

Current Version: The PrimeIQ App does not request location permissions and does not collect location data.

Future Optional Features: If we introduce GPS, delivery tracking, or route optimization in a future release, we will disclose any location collection within the App at the time the feature is enabled and request the required permissions. Any such collection will be limited to what is necessary for the feature and subject to applicable law and platform requirements.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate PrimeIQ App features (scheduling, inspections/DVIR, document management, and communications).

  • Authenticate authorized users and manage access controls.

  • Provide support and respond to requests.

  • Maintain security, prevent misuse, and enforce policies.

  • Improve App reliability and performance (including troubleshooting and crash analysis).

  • Meet legal, safety, and compliance obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share personal data with advertisers.

We may share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • With Tenants / Authorized Administrators: PrimeIQ is a business tool. Authorized Tenant or employer administrators may access information submitted through the App for operational, safety, and compliance purposes.

  • With Service Providers (Processors): We may use trusted vendors for secure hosting, storage, and delivery of the App and related services. These providers are contractually required to protect information and process it only under our instructions.

  • Legal / Safety Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or if reasonably necessary to protect safety, enforce policies, respond to lawful requests, or address fraud/security incidents.

  • Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate protections.

5. Account Deletion & Data Retention

Prime Haul Inc. provides users with control over their accounts and data:

  • In-App Deletion: Users may request account deletion in the App (for example, in Settings → Delete Account, if available).

  • Manual Request: Users or Tenant administrators may request deletion by emailing contact@primehaulinc.com.

What deletion means: Account deletion removes account access and deactivates the user. We will remove personal data from active systems where feasible. However, we may retain certain records (such as inspection logs or operational records) as required for compliance, audit, safety, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal and operational requirements.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

The website and PrimeIQ App are not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the website, the App, or other reasonable means.
